Have someone experienced this Problem

I want to get straight to the point.
One of the reasons why I started NoFap is because in 90% of the cases I have a problem getting hard just before sex.
I feel like there is an enourmous pressure on me for some irrational reason.
Im 20 and normally getting an errection isnt a problem at all… Ive never talked with someone about this problem.

Have you guys experienced this problem or even overcame this “psychological fear”.
If u could give me any advice I would really appreciate it.

Btw: I have a rotation of girls therefore Im always in bed with different girls, but im consider getting into a relationship… maybe it’ll help

Sounds to me either nervous,masturbating too much, stressed or tired when I was 20 I was so nervous being with a girl.
Hopefully someone has a good answer for you

I think you should try change a bit your environment when you have sex. Maybe take a hot bath before, put on some cool music you like, some clothes you feel really comfortable in, anything that can make you feel good and relaxed. Remember that sex should be a easure for you, not a chore. Some days it may be better not to have it if you don’t feel like it.
