First time I read the book I went from 19 days highest streak to directly 134 days streak so yeah it did benefit me. It couldn’t clear the addiction permanently though in my case because of personal shortcomings to follow instructions I believe.

I read it but it did not help for me
I am here, relapse everyday and started to watch ■■■■ again.
But we are differend. Lot of people here said that book is amazing and helpful.
It is worth reading, give a try
