Is it normal or am I mental sick?
I am at 30 days streak in monk mode, why I have sexual thoughts often. Many times I have erections, even random ones.
And often when I fall asleep I have sexual dreams. This is hard to handle.

Bro this whole thing that is happening to you is completely normal
It happened to me when i was on day 20-70 of Nofap
You need to know that this is your body trying to force you to go back to fap ASAP
It’s like you are addicted
So these symptoms you have is called withdrawal symptoms
You need to make yourself busy as much as you can
Don’t just chill and try to keep your phone away from you or any possible source for po*n
You in dangerous stage of recovery
Either you relapse or stay strong and complete it
