Guts Everyday Self Improvement Diary

Hello Everyone

From today onwards I am going to post my daily self improvement habits. Which I am going to follow everyday. Till my streak of 1 year goal. While following my streak which is going preety well and steady. So I want to take it to next level while following regular self improvement habits for improving financially, physically, and spiritually. With that I am hoping that you all are going to support me.

Good Evening Everyone

It’s now evening time here.And here are the list of few things I have tried to change in order to bring positive change in my everyday life while following self improvement.

  1. After waking up I did Meditation for few minutes.
  2. Read Rich Dad & Poor Dad in order to get financial knowledge.
  3. Helped my mother making food during afternoon.

Before going to sleep I will update…

Good Night Everyone :sleeping_bed:

Today’s update is not much to write. Because I was shifting from my house to the college hostel. So didn’t able to do anything. Regardless of that I still did a few improving habits and I am mentioning them below.

  1. After waking up did Meditation for few minutes.
  2. Did help my mother in some of the house works.
  3. Completed the Streak of 85 days of nofap. Literally I am so much proud of myself. :muscle:

That is pretty much it. Even though I did not do much of a good habits. Still I will keep trying until I make it.

Good Night Everyone

For today’s good habits I have did all these:

  1. After waking up get fresh and then workout for few hours.
  2. Read book for few minutes.
  3. Write down my thoughts and practice speed writing.
  4. Did Meditation for few minutes.
  5. I will go to sleep before 12.

For today’s daily habits I have done a bit more good habits than before and here are these:

  1. After waking up I did Meditation for few minutes.
  2. Then I did home workout.
  3. Read book for few hours.
  4. Studied/ Revised class work which we were taught in-class.
  5. Going to write my thoughts and what did throughout the day. Then sleep.
  6. Completed my Nofap streak also😎

Sorry for yesterday. I did not able to post my schedule yesterday. But, I did completed all of the habit yesterday.
And for today I did all the following habits:

  1. Wake up at 6 am.
  2. Revised my class work.
  3. Read book.
  4. Exercised.
  5. Completed Nofap Today Streak.
  6. Meditated.
  7. Goona write my thoughts in my diary and what I did throughout the day.
  8. Then gonna sleep.
