Good Evening Everyone
It’s now evening time here.And here are the list of few things I have tried to change in order to bring positive change in my everyday life while following self improvement.
- After waking up I did Meditation for few minutes.
- Read Rich Dad & Poor Dad in order to get financial knowledge.
- Helped my mother making food during afternoon.

Good Night Everyone 
Today’s update is not much to write. Because I was shifting from my house to the college hostel. So didn’t able to do anything. Regardless of that I still did a few improving habits and I am mentioning them below.
- After waking up did Meditation for few minutes.
- Did help my mother in some of the house works.
- Completed the Streak of 85 days of nofap. Literally I am so much proud of myself.

That is pretty much it. Even though I did not do much of a good habits. Still I will keep trying until I make it.

For today’s good habits I have did all these:
- After waking up get fresh and then workout for few hours.
- Read book for few minutes.
- Write down my thoughts and practice speed writing.
- Did Meditation for few minutes.
- I will go to sleep before 12.

GOOD NIGHT EVERYONE
For today’s daily habits I have done a bit more good habits than before and here are these:
- After waking up I did Meditation for few minutes.
- Then I did home workout.
- Read book for few hours.
- Studied/ Revised class work which we were taught in-class.
- Going to write my thoughts and what did throughout the day. Then sleep.
- Completed my Nofap streak also😎

Good Night Everyone
Sorry for yesterday. I did not able to post my schedule yesterday. But, I did completed all of the habit yesterday.
And for today I did all the following habits:
- Wake up at 6 am.
- Revised my class work.
- Read book.
- Exercised.
- Completed Nofap Today Streak.
- Meditated.
- Goona write my thoughts in my diary and what I did throughout the day.
- Then gonna sleep.
