STEP ONE (DAY 1-10)
In this Duration my commitment is only totally quit PMO
But mind wants Dopamine, there are lots of urges, I satisfied my mind with my Favorite Junk Foods , favorite games and Comedy clips which I like Before I ignored these things becoz of health, Money, Time
But in this duration These things help me a lot to quit PMO, U don’t believe but these things realize me So free and makes me happy and dopamine satisfied without PMO, I hacked my mind cleverly, There is no single urge for me because of these things, now one step ahead…
STEP TWO (DAY 10-20)
After step one I was become little strong, so
In this duration my second commitment is PMO+Junk Food and add 20 min meditation in the morning , I took junk food at 20th day as a celebration of 20 day complete, Only favorite comedy clips and games satisfied me, guys my Mind was hacked again,
Satisfied urges without pmo. Now going to last step
STEP THREE (DAY 20-30)
After 20 days complete celebration
My next commitment is harder bcoz I was become more powerful than day 1 ,
Commitment is to quit PMO+Junk food+ComedyClips, adding 20 mins meditation in evening also.I only satisfied my urges which is very less with Favorite Games… I hacked properly my mind that’s why I succeed after a long time…
STEP FAUR (Day 30-40) … Coming on 40th day, today I Quit PMO+JunkFood+ComedyClips+Favorite games bcoz my mind healing, rewired and get dopamine from meditation and other thing like work, travel, learning new things, achieving Goals etc

1-DIE BUT DON’T BREAK 10 DAY COMMITMENT
2-Travel or meetings friends near locations if u can’t control urges … I used to visit Park
3-Dont think about PMO
Satisfy your dopamine urges with others Sources as I explain above
4-U can modified this model according to your hobbies.
5-please share how u success
Don’t be selfish, selfish never succeed
6-Dont forget to celebrate your success
Just go restaurant and celebrate just see playing children in the park .
7-Dont force your mind except commitment
8-Gift yourself a watch, shoes,phone, clothes, earphones etc for motivation on every 10 day completed
9-Set a widget in your phone that show day count everyday
