Yup now I got the point that 80 kg is mass measured by weighing machine and 800 N is the weight (force) …the machine measures the normal force (newton) and divide it by 9.8 or 10 to give us the mass (kg) …

No bro the formula goes ( F=dP/dt and P=mv ) in which (m) is mass so 80 × 3×10^8 = 24 × 10^9 … and time is 1 sec so the ans. is F = 24 × 10^9

Woke up at 7:30, freshened up and worked out. The workout was:
Warm up X1
Upper and lower abs X1
Quads and Hamstrings X1
Stretch X1
This wa stage last workout of the series. Won’t workout till exams get over. But after that ill be amping up my workout big time. After workout I took a shower and ate breakfast and sat down to study. Did 6 hours of studying in total. Fell asleep for half an hour in between. Also spent sometime watching forged in fire videos in YouTube. The kill test videos was very satisfying. Helped me relieve some of the stress. In the evening, I took a shower, prayed, ate dinner and studied for another hour and now I’ll sleep. Peace
