I try to speak as minimal as possible. Only when necessary. Many times I’ve typed out entire messages but deleted them because I did not feel they added to the conversation. Like how Plato said,
Wise men speak because they have something to say; fools because they have to say something
I’ve gotten into plenty of trouble for talking too much as a kid I’ve learned since then.

physical discipline is the lowest form I feel. I haven’t learned as much via that as compared to others. Self-discipline, reflection and learning from others is the best.

For me personally the more things I am doing in life and the more responsibilities I have the less time I spend on this forum. Back when I was a student at home I had less responsibilities and had more time to spend on this forum.
