Is it normal that on my 19th day of nofap in hard mode, I get a lot of random erections during the day in completely random situations, without me getting turned on or thinking about sexual things?
Today I’m about halfway through my day (i’ve been awake for about 8 hours) and I had four random erections.
It will last forever as long as I am in NOFAP this situation?
No bro, it’s a sign that you’re healing. I went through the same when I recently relapsed at 20th day due to stupidity. There will be some strong urges, just be aware to not fall into the trap. The erections will reduce over time and get fixed by itself. Just focus on your daily goals and focus on self-improvement.

Urges are soooo strong, you’re right, i’ve never been like this.
The key, I think is to focus 100% on my daily self improvements!
I hate it when I have erections during a nofap streak. They make it even more difficult for me to control the urges. I feel erections are of no use unless you want to have sex, which I have no intent of doing.
