Yeah…I really feel like giving up after some relapses. It’s takes time too to get back to that place too where I’ll be motivated to continue nofap again. But yeah, I’m trying. And not gonna give up for sure!

1st December, Day 3

It was such a hard day yesterday. Had dealt with strong urges. I even thought that I’ll gave in. Was on the verge of searching for hentai.
My mind was trying to convince me, “just a peek” “just read an ecchi manga”
But I didn’t! I’m not gonna give up this easily.

I did nothing of my tasks yesterday. Just studied for 40 mins or so.

2nd December, Day 4

Finally completed day 4 after so long! Had to deal with strong urges today too. It’s getting harder day by day. Urges are getting stronger…
Again it’s not much of a productive day today. I’m struggling with the strong urges.
Won’t give up tho, it had took me months to get out of the chaser… I don’t want that to happen again.

3rd December, Day 0

Back to zero again. Today urges were so high that i gave in. I could have done something to avoid the reapse. But I didn’t. I was trying to make myself understand that time. But also a part of my mind was convening me to fap. And I went with it. But atleast I made a 4 day streak. After such a long time. I’m happy about that tho. Will try to break this 4 day streak this time. And gotta be more productive and spend less time on social media :man_facepalming:
Been wasting a lot of time there. And most of the time it’s leading me to the relapse.

I fucked up mahhnn :confounded::confounded: I was scrolling through yt shorts then something really triggering appeared and then I went deep into to that channel and after few mins :anger::sweat_drops:
I don’t have any fucking clue how these things literally exist on YouTube! In my history of porn I haven’t seen such stuff even on porn sites! Anyways the challenge starts from today midnight at 12. THIS WAS THE LAST TIME! :triumph::smirk_cat:

Stay strong bro! For these 7 days try to use social media as less as possible.
Even most my relapses are because of social media. Don’t watch yt shorts and reels at all. They contain the most triggering stuffs. So try to stay away from that.

Also, let’s build some few good habits together. Which will help us in the journey. What say?

As of now I’m busy with cooking because my mom’s hand got fractured few weeks ago. I just want to set up a schedule first then I’ll move on to adding new habits. I’ll try to mediate before sleeping :relieved:
