Masturbating addiction had got me. Just can’t think straight lack of clarity in life im an ambitious person but i feel there is void unfilled can’t figure out solution like i used to i hate the fact that i did this to myself

P0rn and masturbation addiction is why we are all here.We have all had our dreams and goals derailed for a few minutes of pleasure over the course of some men 1 year to some 15+.So you can feel welcomed here with open arms and please share any thoughts or worries.There is a group of veterans you could call them who give great advice and encouragement.It has forsure helped me over the past weeks after joining.
The only solution is to learn to change and quit pmo’oing (p0rn,masturbating,orgasm) to such content that has us in vicious cycle of depression,loneliness and leading us to failure.
