Hello Everyone… Please Give Some Advice from your experience for Breaking this PMO Trap

Can you tell about your addition a little bit?

  1. First thing you make a strong decision to quit pmo, make a strong reason. Set your goal, objective. Take your time, watch some nofap motivation videos.
  2. Second thing, you must clean your phone, delete unwanted stuffs related to pmo, including social media, historys etc. change the background images with motivational images, make a phone look like a new phone, if you have a system,same also.
  3. Setup your environment for the new journey and goals. Like cleaning your room and desk, remove unwanted things, because you need to break the patterns physical and mental.
  4. Create a new habits eg: workouts, yoga, meditation, learning new languages, playing chess, reading, drinking more water etc…
  5. Find the reason,why did you failed in nofap and prepare for triggers and urges. Like creating a playlists , create a folder with unforgettable memories, photos etc.

This journey is like a climbing a mountain, we must careful and awaken every single steps.

I make this strategy from my experience, you can modify.

The best tip I can give you is. Don’t peek at anything you know, is a trigger for you. There are no positives for looking. All it will do for you is get you tempted.

  4. Watch out for triggers
  5. Don’t engage in Sexting
  6. Mostly avoid social media
  7. Avoid watching movies containing explicit things
  8. Don’t lock your door. Keep it open. Throw away the lock
  9. Keep yourself busy. Never sit idol
  10. Drink more water. Keep yourself hydrated
  11. Don’t let your mind run wild. Better sleep when it happens
  12. Avoid Rajas and Tamas food
  13. Eat only sadhvik food
  14. Avoid Onion and Garlic
  15. Try to jot down the mistakes you committed in previous relapses
  16. Just be aware of the evil ■■■■ industry and how it fools the entire world
  17. Try to be inspired from accomplished personalities like Dhoni, Ronaldo, Rafale Nadal etc
  18. Be aware of sudden mood swings
  19. Be aware of your mind and its deceitful tendency
  20. Pray to god daily

Use your energy in the right direction and most importantly don’t stop the good habits after the relapse , try to make those days count even if you relapse. This way you will improve in every aspect of life and nofap will become easy

I think the key is never giving up.
I am still fighting, my streak is 4 days currently and I relapsed a thousand times but still fighting
Having hobbys, goals and supportive partners can be also helpful
Maybe starting a sport, or doing homework or going to the gym where you can relive your sexual energy

I am a 19 years and 9 months old boy…i addicted since 11 years old…

Just stop peeking at filthy content and start doing workout also whenever you get urges stop using your device and go outside or talk to any stranger for 1 minute atleast otherwise eat something that you like or sleep!
