said that people who abstain 6 months from.pmo recover .and 90 days is not for us who are addicted for many years
just multiply your years by 2 and yoi ll get the answer ,this ll be your months for recovery time .
like if someone addicted for 10 years , 10 x 2 = 20 .he require 20 months for complete recovery .
but most of the people recover in 2-3 years .
90 days plan is for those who are addicted for 5-6 months …

Bro, mental reboot does happen in about 90 days and It is the ‘body’ recovery (muscles, strength etc) which can take moooooo….ooooooore time. This is my experience. I agree with Gary Wilson in that sense. But I strongly believe that other benefits will come sooner.

Can you please recheck the formula? I heard [[(years addicted)*2] months]. That 10 year addict will completely recover mentally in 5 months, not years.
