I had relapsed yesterday after a 7 days streak and felt shit. But I have again gained the confidence to fight. This time I will cross 7 days for sure. That’s a promise I have made to myself. I can’t keep going back to something that makes me feel depressed afterwards. There is always a sunrise after a sunset and there is always a good day after a bad day. So there’s hope!
