Highest streak 90 days. Keep yourself busy. Figure out what are the things trigger like Insta, mobile, seeing some photos. Stay away from all of it at least 15 days once flat line starts things will go easy. And in flatline never ever try to test your libido, it will be low take it easy . System is rebooting. You will get back all urges and secual strength with fresh mind after 30 to 60 days . Then lead a normal life. Only actual sex is normal rest all is fake remember that
