Every step you take, either forward or backward, is a building block to the person you want to become.
Be careful because the decisions you make when faced with such temptations and trials will either turn you into the best version of yourself or the worst version of your self.
Everytime you make a, decision you form a neural pathway. These are the signals your brain sends that are associated a feeling, emotion or an action.
Example: If you feel sad you drink alcohol.
The more you do this act, the stronger the attachment gets.
You will find out that it will be easier to do the same behavior when you feel somewhat next time.
Be careful.
Once you drop bad habits, do not indulge in them irregardless of how you feel because if you do, you will be breaking what took you long to create.
You can either train your mind to be consistent, focused and disciplined or train it to be inconsistent, confused Little shit.
Be mindful of thr habit you are forming because that will eventually br who you are.
Do not let anything or anyone derail you from your purpose.
