To strengthen my resolve to stay away from porn and masturbation, I will do these 5 things from today for 2 weeks to start with:

Stay busy the entire day and work hard so that I get tired.

Have a proper sleep because I can’t function without at least 7-8 hours of sound sleep.

Try to sleep early and wake up early. Do some exercise in morning or evening.

Drink plenty of water throughout the day.

Limit the use of Instagram to just 10-15 minutes in a day to only check the content that I find stress relieving (I follow a dog’s Instagram handle:D and it is a stress buster for me).
I pledge to not deviate from these five priorities for 2 weeks from today. I will update everyday here. Anyone else interested?
