Yes, i had talked about this to my wife, and the problem is that i am just talking and not doing it in actions. Till now, i havent realy defeated the addiction, therefore my wife doesnt trust me because she is seeing me failing from last 4 years.
Morever every time i relapse she says negative things which puts salt to my failure wounds.
I think i am complete fucked up because one part of my mind is doing something and another is doing different. I feel broken from all sides. There is no focus because i do opposite of what i say.
