Hello. I have an advice for people who is suffering with Extreme P: Feeling the emotions associated with the content, instead of coping with it.

Let me explain: If your problem is avoiding responsability, then what is the opposite?
Assuming responsabilities, talking action. Because Extreme P is associated with Trauma.

So, only when You do Inner Work, You can heal and progress in PMO addiction.
