Welcome to the Faith Warrior IronWill: Still I Rise 100 Days Challenge. This is more than just a challenge—it’s a journey of resilience, growth, faith, and unyielding commitment. Over the next 5 days, I’ll take the first steps towards a life rooted in discipline, inner strength, and spiritual alignment. Each day, I’ll rise, no matter how many times I fall. This is my path to becoming a stronger, more faithful version of myself.


Introduction to the Challenge

The Faith Warrior IronWill: Still I Rise 100 Days Challenge is designed to challenge you in all aspects of my life: my faith, my mental strength, my physical discipline, and my ability to push through life’s toughest moments. Over the course of 100 days, 1lI’ll establish daily habits that strengthen 9 mind, body, and spirit. However, this challenge is split into phases, and the first phase consists of a 5-day commitment to jumpstart the process of self-mastery.

The Core of the Challenge:

  • Faith: Each day, I’ll ground myself in faith, strengthening my spiritual connection with God through prayer and meditation.
  • Self-Discipline: Focus on daily habits and routines that foster a sense of achievement and control.
  • NoFap: A core part of this challenge is abstaining from harmful habits and focusing on self-control, strength, and clarity of purpose.
  • Resilience: The theme is simple—no matter how many times I fall, I rise again. The challenge represents overcoming setbacks and pressing forward.
  • Productivity: Every day, I will find a way to be productive, ensuring that my actions align with my goals.

Challenge Rules

1. The 5-Day Commitment:

  • I am committing to completing the 5 days of this challenge. After 5 days, the challenge continues on to the full 100-day journey.
  • During these 5 days, I must check in every day with my status and commit to completing all the activities listed below.

2. The Daily Check-In:

  • Every day, I’ll track my progress and reflect on the day’s activities.
  • Complete all the activities for the day, and document my results.

3. NoFap Rules:

  • Abstain from all forms of masturbation, pornography, and any other forms of sexual activity that don’t align with the goals of self-discipline.
  • Whenever I feel tempted or triggered, use prayer, meditation, or physical activity to shift my focus.
  • If a relapse occurs, acknowledge it, forgive my self, and get back on track immediately. This is about progress, not perfection.

4. The Power of Prayer:

  • Prayer is integral to this challenge. Begin and end my day with prayer, whether it’s a simple conversation with God or a structured prayer. Make this part of my daily ritual.
  • Commit to building a deeper relationship with God by engaging in prayer and study of His Word every day.

5. Productivity & Personal Growth:

  • Engage in daily productive activities that contribute to my physical, mental, or spiritual well-being.
  • Ensure I am learning, growing, and staying on track with my personal development goals.

6. Physical Discipline:

  • Physical fitness is an essential part of the Faith Warrior mindset. Commit to daily exercise, whether it’s a full workout, yoga, or a simple walk.
  • Exercise promotes not only physical health but also mental clarity and emotional resilience.

7. Sleep & Technology Discipline:

  • Get up at 4:30 AM daily and make the most of the early hours.

  • Ensure I go to bed without using your phone and aim for a consistent bedtime before 11 PM.

  • A proper sleep schedule will fuel your productivity and self-discipline.
    8. Accountability:

  • Share my daily progress in a public forum or with a trusted accountability partner to keep myself accountable.
