If you “became attractive” at day 21 you where probaly attractive from the start. I dont like when men who on semen retention say if you do it your magically going to get girls, i think its bit of a lead on and can lead to disappointment. Yes you are going to be more confident,might have better skin and more of a drive. But i would argue its what you do while on semen retention like workout and improve yourself are the true character builders for men to attract women.

That’s not true I was not that attractive! And it’s hard get Attraction on day 21 for a newbie, but I have also practiced no fap before for 200 days and I quit because I had what I wanted, girls !!! But then because of losing my vital energy a lot I became unattractive again! Now I have I started it again! Maybe because of those 200 days I’m getting results faster !

When you have sexual energy inside you, you attract people. But if you keep wasting it no one will notice you. I agree with that.
It’s quite normal actually. You were attractive even before you discover your addiction but you only notice the difference when you try to quite pornography and masturbation and go back to your normal life.
You don’t actually get superpowers thanks to Nofap but notice the differences and the benefits you had before. But you will get more confidence then ever cause you quit the hardest addiction and if you use your energy in good activities like exercise or other good habits you will be even better than you were before. That’s the beauty of Nofap. You will appreciate life more and focus more on improving!
