First of All Quit Masturbating Forever And Don’t Apply Any Hair Colour it will make It more Wrost Try To Eat Fruits if Possible Don’t Eat Sagar .
Go for Sunlight Everday For Vitamin D This Are the Things I Am Trying. But It Needs Very Ample Amount of Time Lets Say 1 year To Show some Result.
