Dude it happens, I’ve been watching a show and this girl looked a lot like this girl I saw in a porn video this one time, I just chose to ignore it. It happens man. You’ve just got to try and tune those things out. When a thought pops up just shoo it away and keep focusing. I squeeze my eyes shut until I can focus. You can try that as well.
