Hi, I’m also 18, same age as yours.
Look, before you wanna control yourself, you gotta know “yourself”.
Actually, nothing makes sense in the world or whatever this is until you know “who you are”.
So, get to know yourself first.
So, my recommendation would be, try to study human psychology and neuroscience a lil bit.find out what are the reasons of you acting a particular way you are acting.
And, what helped me was meditation. Meditation has the ability to solve every mental or psychological problems in your life. it’s a practice of being present in yourself.
Get an app or a YouTube playlist. And try meditation for a month, and then thank me. Well, you gotta be consistent though, and listen to your instructor(online) very carefully.
