Enter the Comfort Challenge ( Anyone can take this challenge )

This is not like other challenges. It consists of some activities that will help you concentrate and improve your focus.

Challenge #1

Take 5-10 minutes daily and watch an analog clock. Observe hour, minute and second hands. It’s a kind of meditation or tratak. Observe it deeply. You are allowed to blink your eyes when eyes are stressed.

Try to find only blue colour in your surroundings. Like blue sky, blue paints etc
