What is the ideal temperature to take a cold shower for these nofap journey?Is it mean by normal tap water shower or cold freeze water?
Just normal tap water shower brother, what ever it is take it, if you live in a place where it is hot then wait for sometime and let the warm hot water go and later with that normal cold water you can take shower.
