Dopamine in PMO and Sex

Hello, guys.

Can someone, with knowledge, tell me the difference between PMO and sex regarding dopamine levels? Is sex as addictive as PMO? Why?

To my understanding, PMO can be more addictive than sex for multiple reasons.
First, you can get pleasure faster and without much effort with PMO, without having to worry about pleasuring a partner. In this way, it is like a drug, an easy way get pleasure without any effort.
Second, you get to see different women with PMO, mostly porn models, and if you get accustomed to that, it sets unrealistic expectations about your partners. The male brain, biologically, is particularly weak about that because, in order to spread its genes, we males tend to commonly prefer diversity over stability.
For both of these reasons, PMO can also lead to Porn Induced Erectile Dysfunction (PIED), specially if you have a stable partner.
On the other hand, depending on the subject, sex can also be as addictive as PMO, specially for people with no stable partner or people that pays for sex.
In the end, your brain is the one that sets the dopamine levels for every action. It’s more related to the expectations you have about it rather than the actual chemicals that the action itself produces in your body.
