Is there any connection with pmo and stomach issues like bloating and gas and ulcers ,unusual stomach acidity ? Body Inflammations and shit?
That can cause problems like back pain .spine unwell and brain inflammations and headaches?

Yes I have experienced IBS after relapse.

My digestive system is the first to respond to any relapse. I immediately get an upset stomach for sometime. And I guess even the absorption in intestines suffers because I don’t pass out normal stool. Lethargy, shivering in hands, back pain and feeling a bit awkward in my teeth is also expected after relapse. No doubt depression guilt and irritation is common.

Similar experience. Cramps in legs and knee joints… Backpain, guilt etc
