I think I understood what you meant.
You were already in the orgasm state. But you put to much force on you dingdong so you won’t let any semen out.
I am not sure about the consequences but one thing for sure, it is worse than letting it out. I think this might reduce your ejaculation force and you might suffer from many problems in the future.
The truth is, there is no hack to not relapse, a simple voluntarily look at one picture of pornography is enough to count it as a relapse.

I noticed one thing for me
That even 1 peek is always relapse
No matter how much i try hard
