Idk about documentaries on Pon companies. But I’m sure there are a lot on Sx trafficking, that I wouldn’t recommend you to watch because ironically the scenes might trigger and you would eventually relapse. Avoid stuff like that until a reboot i.e., 90days.

Since after reboot , dont see these type of documentaries , we know the industry of P is imoral , we know have human being trafficking , we know that thing is evil , we don’t need to see these documentaries full of triggers , even after 1000 days , I recommend GuardYoureyes, avoid triggers , read about , don’t need watch
