It’s very common for people with addictions to blame everything else rather than themselves. Of course it’s not girls fault, but like with other addictions, it’s best to avoid the trigger of your addiction completely at first until you gain strength. I don’t mean that it’s ok to edge after some clean time, but it is possible to be in normal society and be around beautiful girls without allowing your desires to overlook their personalities. Some girls wear low cut tops etc, but I’m happy to be at the place in my life where I can look in their eyes and not be shy, rather than avoiding them and sneaking views at their cleavage like I did in the past.

Yeah that’s true indeed! While this is true that some do make poor life choices, they are still part of the relapse because they are participating in the porn or do prostitution. But of course it’s not what some choose to do but some do. Its like if someone says they choose to eat fast food one day because there is no food and there was no choice, of course there are some who willingly eat fast food at regular basis. But the truth of the matter unfortunately is that both are eating the fast food regardless of circumstance. That is why i am also against the porn industry. Its not only destroying men but how men view woman. And as you can see its affecting woman now.

You are right. And we have to keep in mind which addictions because that matters. For some addictions its masturbation caused by loneliness etc… Some addictions are urge to watch porn over and over again non stop for isolation, stress, etc… Both of which are not to blame woman but blame your actions and also because society hasn’t really seen porn as bad its also porn industry fault and the way society is set up to this perversion. I know for a fact I wouldn’t have been addicted if it wasnt for porn or a friend of mine showing it to me. Then using that tool to cope with issues of life. As a result of porn industry we have a generation of addicted porn users like me which is more than just masturbating. Its the desire to see it and then after masturbate. The problem is the porn industry because they use a type of wanting more stimulation. But while it’s industry who is causing problem we should be aware of the self control part that must be taken into consideration for our responsibilities.

That’s right dandy, when I started out no Fap it was really hard for me to look at the beautiful girls, more specifically hot girls. It always gave me urges during the initial stages but after completing a week or two on nofap. I don’t feel any urges while looking at a pretty girl, no nasty thoughts. Just it gave me the confidence to look into her eyes, and sometimes they smiled back, most of the times. And what I do believe is nofap does kills the inappropriate thoughts about the girls when we check on them. It was always the Porn which made us think that way. And yes dandy I was kinda shy too. And I still panic when a really hot girls approaches my counter where I work for any query. But this time no urges. Nofap is the best thing happened in my life.

Some guys who reboot are mad at women. Some quit porn because they hate women and everytime they want to relapse they think about how much they hate women. What they don’t realise is that you can quit porn but the porn hasn’t quit them - they still have the mentality of porn addict. Not sure about this forum but I think some misogynists are trying to take over NoFap although I don’t they will succeed.
Obviously not everyone hates women or blames them. Infact - as far as I know - most don’t hate. It’s just the minority that hate. I admit sometimes I feel angry at women but I know it’s wrong and I plan to see a counsellor about this issue along with several other issues.

I noticed this to. But its mostly because when you want to quit watching porn and masturbation you are either pumped to do No PMO or give up. And when you do give up your response is hating woman and having woman never to exist because of the lustful thoughts you have. And when you continue No PMO you realize that you still have that hating woman mentality, but the more you go into NO PMO you will find your mind changes. You value woman for who they are and know that there are some woman who aren’t benefiting society and some who are, but that doesn’t make you hate woman. Makes you hate porn industry.

Guys who are at initial stage of nofap should avoid contact with girls in general… This doesn’t mean we encourage other guys to avoid girls altogether… Intact one of the reasons for doing nofap is to able to attract the right girls for us. This shitty p4rn has re-wired our brains to think that girls are so easy to get,and also they are horny all the time…
There was once upon a time where I used to stare almost every woman walking down the road,I was like always looking for the next hotter girls. During that period,I used to fap a lot probably I was very lonely and had no friends,let alone a gf… I believe I was creepy,and horny guy who used to only adore a girl’s body. I even feel shame to admit it now
The things that I noticed is that after crossing over 30+ days,I was no longer compulsively attracted to girls, didn’t bother to stare at woman passing the road. So that’s why it’s recommended to avoid woman at initial stages of woman… It acts a catalyst for next relapse…
PS : I now adore a woman’s mind and character more than her body,and genuinely interested in th for getting a partner

Is stupid to be angry because of the girls… only weak men blame others for their own problem which themselves provoked… So don’t misunderstand either, only some men become to be mad at girls because of this addiction, but ofc not all of them

Personally I think women are the solution rather than the problem. Most men jerk off due to lonliness and in most cases the they can quit masturbation if they have someone to talk to and support them. Someone who wants to be with them and need them so that they can become responsible.
