Distractions/ avoidance

Ive recently just overcome a week, my previous best being 17 days, unlogged. Ive been feeling urges strongly, and have been looking for ways to distract myself.

Ive recently been growing my hair out, and have in turn been taking more care of it as a distraction, as well as other forms of physical health/maintenance. Ive been wondering what has worked for you guys, or if you can offer any advice on how you have distracted yourself from urges.
