Yes there is a difference! It is thicker and becomes jelly like after a min which means its healthy. Volume is certainly high.
If you are not a severe addict like me i have noticed something else.
If i relapse after a long streak with porn and fapping i go back to the shitty weakness and ugliness of life.
If i relapse after a long streak masturbating with just my hand and thinking about the stress release the weakness is just for an hour and after that a few days of fog and i gear back up.
I am talking about relapse only once and not a binge relapse.

Truly u made me feel better… Cuz before nofap the ejaculation i had was good and thick… But suddenly after 75 days i ejaculated it was more of a watery type … i workout have abalanced diet take multivitamin n all healthy foods so thats why i was tensed:sweat_smile:

It looks like watery because of your body absorbed your old semen. After long streak body uses that energy to other stuff so when you ejaculate after a long time you will see that you have lack of sperm in your juice and when you masturbate or have sex your body will be starting production of semen and it will looks more thicker and high in volume. So , don’t worry. You shouldn’t check out for it . You’re healthy and that’s it.
