@neolithic bro i agree with you, but don’t know why nowadays even on Facebook lot of “reels” with ladies wearing revealing clothes has started to show up and that too on the top list with views in millions…i came across 3 reels in a row appearing in the top list to view with aunties ladies whatever those were wearing revealing clothes which itself i found to be a source of trigger…so thought to better stay off the fire even the slightest of fire can explode like volcano because we are on semen retention and NOFAP, thought to be careful atleast i can avoid triggering videos… but Yes thanks for replying bro, it means alot to have supporting brothers in this journey…God bless.

well i am late but to avoid deleting your accs you can create a gmail, make very messy password that you can’t remember, add your other gmail as recover gmail. Note password if you want. Change your fb,insta’s email to this new one. Change their passwords as well in very messy way (add space #)₹${^{¥©® etc.) then disable both. Log out from that gmail. And even if you want to login do always in incognito in that way you will be login in only to check messages

I deleted insta. Its a trap so people can watch porn at work under the guise of “just scrolling insta” in my opinion. I kept facebook but only ise it for groups such as gardening, mountin biking and diy groups. I also unfollowed all the people who post pointless stuff

I don’t think you need reassurance for this. Open social media is not essential in life. We are not obligated to know other people’s life.
If we want to know what other people is doing, just ask them.

Thanks alot @dontdeleteme and @dbrinv brothers… FB and Insta are trap and it’s better to stay away from these traps as we are a part and parcel of the supreme lord who is free and not trapped.
Also yes i completely agree, we never would need to knw about other people’s life thru social media, it’s far better to ask them personally if we ever feel of knowing about them instead of falling in cages of FB and Insta.
