This is my journey to come clean . Working from home really ruin my lifestyle. My idea is not to give myself big streak to achieve.
I was studying how addiction reacts to mind and it’s impossible to remove it completely at once. We need to start gradually.
So my plan is to first Target 2 days of no Fap. Right now I’m fapping almost everyday. I need to reduce it within 2 days and that will reduce my fap count from 30 days to 15.
Note to myself - I can do this. Let’s hold it for 2 days streak this September and win that mindset

I’m not going to checkin here everyday, I’ll only checkin when I’ll do the fap, to write down my thoughts. So my checking will be really less .
Let’s win this gradually and eventually.

Checkin after - 3 days
Best streak - 3 days.
I did relapse today, reason for relapse is the small peak that happened. I need to be careful. I think listening to calm music might help me.
Overall I’m really proud that after so long, I’m able to hold it for 3 days ! I want to reduce my fapping count of month from 31 days to 15 days. I think I’ll be able to do that.
So I’m sure I can hold for 3 days max. I’ll make sure to not to give up for 3 days that’s easy. I don’t want to give big goals upfront, it’s addiction so it will get remove gradually. No Fap for 3 days is my next target .

I did relapse again. Trigger was nothing, to come to think of it. I’m doing relapse because I live alone and living work from home kinda life.
All this give suitable environment to fap I think. I have developed routine to do fap, which needs to stop. My plan of action is again not to do fap for next 3 days. I can handle it.
I notice one thing, I do fap not because I’m addicted to it. It’s actually happening because I have nothing else to do. I mean think about it, I don’t do fap if I’m traveling with friends or I’m in office. That’s because I had many other things to do that time.
Tomorrow onwards I need to plan my day better, I have to replace this habit by simply engaging myself with something else.
