I slept on time yesterday and slept for too long, I needed that because I slept less yesterday.
Watched a doremon movie during lunch, after that spent some time with family and rest on phone, called one friend. I planned to watch some shows and movies but nope, idk why I am not able to even watch movies , I’ve been prefering spending time talking and chatting rather than watching movies, maybe because that’s easier.
Anyway I’ll watch atleast one episode of arrested Development before sleeping (only 3 episodes left, I’ve been procrastinating on finishing those).

I did sometearthing stupid I last night, I came across some minorly triggering content on insta, mostly clean images but kinda triggering, my mind was looking for some kind of way to be across such content, I was even convinced to relapse, it’s only because of NNN that I didn’t visit any porn site nor did I Masturbate, but I feel bad about it and I got a small nightfall, now urges are even higher , I also feel minor headache.
I feel it’ll get better if I follow my routine seriously.
Yup bro! You are inspiration to a lot. That green circle with some tags “Freeman” etc really boosts our esteem that someone is fighting. I should also fight.

The urges are just temporary, everything is changing, be patient and they’ll change too. I know all this and I still indulged in that stupidity on insta last night. That’s why I’ve been feeling bad. But that’s in the past, I should move on and focus on myself.

I uninstalled Insta, it seems like a cycle of using and not using it, I’ll use insta only if I have to post something which I usually don’t, last post was in March, or else if someone contacts me via other sources about something urgent there.
I was not even able to watch movies etc because of using mobile, insta was main culprit there. Other sources are there too but not as unlimited as insta.
Anyway now I am going on a detox till dinner to regain strong mindset.
