2nd October Sun 7:19 am
So I messed up quite badly yesterday.
But my will is renewed now, I am gonna start working out from today, won’t do anything excessive will keep it light and take proper rests in between, but I am gonna start and since I am at home now I can start dumbbell workouts again, gonna start with 5 kg dumbbells for now then shift to 10 kg ones in few days, I also ordered a new basketball will go to play in few days when my parents feel I am completely recovered they want me to rest yet.
I have this great opportunity now to work on myself since I am at home, home is the best place for me to be consistent in habits and studies and everything.
I just have to be mindful of some triggers that led me to relapse in the past.
I have uninstalled the app I am not gonna look at people’s streak or rather my streak on a regular basis instead I am gonna focus on myself, good habits, proper sleep and studies.
I also removed some of the topics from tracking here because I was tracking a lot lot of topics here which was unnecessarily taking extra time to browse here.

Ok then let’s begin, gonna make a proper study plan, follow my habits and study well. Let’s do this. Let’s get our life back together.

These are the few habits I followed today, mostly in the morning.
Went to our Guru ji’s old Ashram with my dad, there are few temples there as well, I felt connected there, good feeling. Probably because I had good morning workout after so long.
But after that we were really late for lunch because my mom had some work so we had lunch at 4:30 pm :man_facepalming: I was feeling quite hungry in the day so I just spent time doing nothing and watching Arrested Development. I watched a lot of it today, and I am probably gonna finish it by tomorrow :joy:, I’ve been watching thia show for way too long, it’s a good comedic show, in the 4th season which is 2nd last season it felt somewhat boring in the beginning but how they connected all the things by the end of that season was amazing. You never expect such a thing from a sitcom. Anyway I am feeling too sleepy now gonna sleep. Grateful that I can go to sleep on time now a days unlike earlier days when I couldn’t fall asleep till late.

Slept well, woke up on time, followed morning routine properly, read Durga Saptshati today as it was Durga Ashtmi, studied, also watched some tv while having all three meals, yeah I have three meals now, I’m thinking of reducing it to two meals again I don’t get much exercise here just the morning one and a little bit of walking, either this or I should increase amount of daily walking.
Anyway I did 20 minutes of meditation today evening this much after so long it felt great, now I am gonna watch one or two episodes of Arrested Development then sleep.
What a great day it was :sweat_smile:.
The key is to find balance between your habits and enjoyment and always stay away from any kind of porn, do that and you are good to go.

I spent most of the day today worrying unnecessarily, browsing through different groups on telegram and whatsApp to check for how many posts are there for the interview which I gave and then talking to various people, so there’s like 50-50 chance of selection, posts are good, but anything can happen, nothing can be said until results which are not until mid November :sweat_smile:, I should just focus on other upcoming opportunities now rather than worrying about what is already done.
After noon most of the day was spent glued to phone because of this.
About meditation I did it after dinner and I was feeling sleepy so I did only for 5 minutes I should seriously find 15-20 minutes in the evening itself everyday for it.
Anyway I am sleepy now, going to bed, good night.
Skeptical about counting days, I do have a counter running on Telegram but not focusing much on day number this time, that’s why not using the app, accessing forum via browser.
