@The_integrous_one bro just a mere curiosity from my side. I am too lacking series to watch. By reading your journal, I took it Breaking bad as recommendations. I as usual checked its parental guidance at Imdb. It showed me that yeah…it has nudity in it. Though mild but its there.
Cutting short. How do you watch it? Doesn’t it act as a trigger?

Don’t watch it if you aren’t in the right mindset, it does have some triggers.
But my mindset is strong now a days I am done with pmo now, even if I come across something triggering on the show I just take some deep breaths and move on, more importantly I don’t go for searching anything online even after coming across triggers, that’s it.
And overall the show is too good to focus on the trigger part, but I don’t think the show can be recommended on a no fap forum.

Ok :joy:. But I know I would have relapsed if I had watched it a few days back, it has some very strong triggers, (I got a boner couple times :joy:)

So today my sister had her neet exam so my parents took her there, also my grandma has gone to my aunt’s place for a few days so I had the house to myself, my mom already cooked rice and pulses before going, I just heated them up for lunch, watched the show for quite some time and ran around the house pantsless :joy:, afterall that’s what a man when he’s home alone right? I fed my dogs in the evening and played with them for a little while, washed whatever utensils there were to wash.
My parents and sister are still not home, her exam center was somewhat far away and I am waiting for them now, they are bringing me a pizza :joy:. That’s about it.
