These few days were really hard when you see yourself not going above 12 days streak and you take part in NNN CHALLENGE for a complete 30 daysā¦
So I was having urgesā¦and a lot of day dreamingā¦and there came the time when you are fed up with all this and you want to give up willinglyā¦
Generally I day dream about being social ā¦ (talking with friends, and giving them advices and all, and impressing others, and achieving things far from my real lifeā¦) and a lot of time is wasted in this and you lack concentration and focus etcā¦some one told me this is MALADAPTIVE DAYDREAMING.
SO I found a new effective solution for me ā¦Once I was on a 33 day streak, most happy days of my life. I was most social and most impressive. In the whole class I made my different image. Many girls tried to interact with me and I did not objectify any of themā¦ all my friends were highly impressed and some had become jealous.
I reminded my self of all these things and said that my all daydreaming could become reality only by doing no pmoā¦
I have become stronger and controlled all my urgesā¦
