trying to get back into the routine.
day 1 i guess:
- i got a gf and we’ve been hanging out a lot, it’s going well and she makes me happy.
- trying to work out consistently, not eating very healthy but eating a healthy amount. need more vegetables and water, less fries and diet soda.
- things are not bad by any means. having sex occasionally which has been pretty cool lol, not watching p but feeling the temptation.
- the goal here is to remove the desire to watch p, and separate it from any dependency (ex. being able to cope/process difficult emotions without the use of pmo)

day 1 again? ill be more consistent i hope
-hanging out with gf all the time, it’s great
-she’s very tired after work so ive been justifying pmo as a way to let her sleep and not bother her/pressure her
-not a great excuse and not something I feel good about
-work is going to be busy the next two weeks but I’m hoping I can make myself a nice routine through it all
-eating more and working out less, but drinking lots and lots of water
-trying to keep some personal time while in a relationship, trying to figure out the best way to do it
not a bad problem to have, not a bad time rn
