Just tell her your trying to stay abstinent because you haven’t been feeling good. Just for couple days, i think doing it twice a week is healthy, I mean is better than everyday. Just make sure there is like 3 days apart, and when you do it only ejaculate once. I been in the same boat, it’s just my 2 cents.
