I am losing at facebook, scrolling and getting drifted away, hence this is my trigger point root cause loneliness…

Others take a analysis of your last 10 relapses you will know your triggers and aviod them at any point…

The following 3 elements (HAT ) are the root cause of our urges triggers or weak momentssss.

1.hunger don’t stay on half filled stomach till Jan 1 2021 give up your diet or fasting regime… Focus will be lost when u r hungry… u will be drifting n ur brain will eventually lead to most dopamine rewarding event and you will be pulled into PMO… Don’t stay hungry…

2 alone man is social animal, though you put your body calm, out monkey mind is always leaping from one thought to other eventually lead to dopamine rewarding thought pmo… Loneliness
To kill time we see our entertainment activity which will be become triggers like Facebook Insta, movies TV seris , hovering ex gf profile or crush etc…
:boom:aviod it by planning your next day before hand , hence we will maintain focus on our self goal.

  1. Tiredness when ever you are tried we just lay down or sit relaxed and do mind less scrolling in mobile or social , it builds up pressure and may be in third or following days it will become a landmine trigger…

If you are tired listen instrumental music or just take a powernap dont rust up in front of digital screens

Remember this HAT basic roots of triggers

Again starting today. Yes for me idle sitting is the main cause. When ever i sit idle the mind gravitate towards the sexual thinking. I have to program my mind auch that it’s default thinking should be work related.

Did lot of study but low focus , dull day
Daily goal - 75% , urges - 2 ,
Did bath 3 times to get rid of urges…

Daily goal 50%, wasted time on YouTube, urges 2…

:sunny: tip think of the worst feeling which you get after relpase when you are hit by a urge… Do this b continuously … brain will be rewired to hate PMO…

@rohankians Hey there!
Thank you for creating this group and your great effort. I don’t know if I will be able to post something here daily. But I very much like your idea to support each other by creating tasks when urges arise.
I am on a PMO-free streak of 50 days right now. When I started this one, my aim was to get rid of this bad habit till the end of the year. Looks good so far. Stay strong, guys, and keep fighting! :muscle:

Buddy, urges over took me … Very sad… I didn’t do pmo but. I was just watching stuff for one hour… Though I didnot do physically. I had a mental stimulation…
Hard mode… I am considering to reset my counter…

I belive peeking is also relapse becuase visual stimulation does release dopamine and our purpose is destroyed.

Easy or tough it is all in head… Let’s make our mind muscle strong atleast …

10-11 30- binge watching YouTube
1130 to 230 study…
3 to 6 30- study…
630 to 83o - break and chores…
830 to 930 peeking …
Did a cold shower to break it …
10 to 11 … Study …
11. To 12 scrolling band peeking …
Realisation… Trying to aviod hot content is impossible in today’s digital dependent world…
Other way is own it feel it and leave it …

Best explained in a small buddist story… Once a young saint and senior saint were crossing a river… The. A beautiful girl was standing on the bank. She is afraid to cross the river as her dress would get wet…
Now both saints saw her situation while young saint is thinking the senior saint carries the lady in her arms and drops her other side…
After waking for a while the young saint asks senior is it not sin to hold her… The senior replies , dropped the lady on the bank… It is u who is still carrying the girl
( in your mind… !)

We can’t aviod temptations in our life they are in every corner wait for us to fall in its pit trap…
But we must learn to own and choose not to react…

Pick a strong and serious task focus your 100% concentration on it … Make it so serious like it is necessary for you like air you u breathe…
I bet No other thoughts … Would come in…

It is always easier said than doing it…

Peeking = relapse
Edging = relapse

Never even think of doing these things, this is how the mind tricks you into falling back to the pmo trap.
