Yep same here it’s quite hard
Urges will be there. Observe and feel them but don’t give in.
It will subside after 15 mins.
After 25 days urges are not very noticeable.

Do hard level of exercise very hard. I mean don’t keep this energy. Only invest it in exercise otherwise you cant control this. Everyday invest this energy in exercise. After 40 to 50 days your body will adjust you according to a normal level.
