I’m currently do hard mode and I’m currently on day 39. And I plan on going for 1000 ,But I’m not sure if i can listen to ASMR. The ASMR is sfw I make sure they have no triggers. But I’m not sure if ASMR are allowed on hard mode?
What kind of asmr do you listen? If it’s moan and all don’t do that , because your mind will give you flashbacks of those filthy scenes and it will imagine such scenarios, this won’t help you to recover completely. And you won’t be able to achieve even that 100 days streak.

Oh it nothing like that lol, it just simple sleep aid. it been helping with my insomnia and it just helps me drift off too sleep. But I wasn’t too sure if it actually ok. So thank you for the response I appreciate it.
Then no issues my friend, it won’t affect your streak . The way you said , it felt like you are listening the wrong asmr. All the best for your 1000 days streak
