I had a dream… That I watched several bikni models… I go on with that dream… But suddenly I wake up… Then i got back to sleep then my urges are at high peek I don’t know what to do then… I just watch my urges I do not react on the urges… Then I went to a deep sleep… then I saw two dreams of my school friends.
I think a hope I saw that I can win this journey. It means a lot to me… If I was in my past I just react on that situation but now I have a control over that… due to all of you guys thank you everyone and I started read book “The porn pandemic: A simple guide to understand and ending pornography addiction”
