You know what?
Just 5 minutes ago a rock hard erection came automatically it was so hard I wasnt able to resist myself from touching my D:) okay I touched it let’s be honest there
And I was seriously and honestly like let’s do it once then I will start again
I said to myself that i have made 105 days and now I can’t end my streak like this
My Heart started beating faster
Erection came more stronger and I was like just once I want to feel that pleasure just once,just once, just once

I think when people reach a particular milestone in their nofap journey like 7 days, 50 days or 100 days , then the feeling of excitement and the urges are quite high , As ur excited , but that excitement soon turns into disappointment if u relapse . So stay strong and move ahead when u reached a particular milestone .
