Is it just me or the higher up on your Semen Retention process women appear in heat(online wise)? I will admit Iāve never been in the ādate poolā but they appear aggressive of late. No matter i will NOT be moved from my path. Cheap thrills arenāt appealing. Both gender sets should be taught this instead of Sex Education. Iām very certain is embedded in our genetics for sexually. Restraint isnāt or at least in my observation.

Iād like to say it gets easier physically and it does alot. However the mental or spiritual doesnāt. Always there Lust and Porn will be until as men we remove the need on a global scale or least where ever the internet is concerned. It needs to be lead by men fully and operated that way.We are put in a leadership role and should do so. Who did Satan attack first? Wasnāt man but woman ignore the mainstream media dialog and remember this. As a man would you want your daughter niece, or girl to be courted by a man like you? If not become that man you have them proud of.

Been an interesting day to say. Moved to Texas from Colorado about 2 1/2 weeks ago more or less. We were getting gas for the car to go eat, turned the car on and nothing. Fast forward to roadside assistance according to Covid policymakers no additional passengers allowed. So ordered Uber had an excellent ride home and beat the tow truck home. Odds are the starter shot so a different problem for tomorrow.
Gota bit to eat at a local food truck. And everyone mostly settled down now.
Texas heat is brutal, then again only two and a half weeks here roughly. Itāll get better next week.

5 total at same level as me
I get the strange feeling that the last few days left will be interesting a best. Most certain at least at the spiritual realm itāll be chaos. How do I figure? Well the my brain been bouncing between two women for courting and eliminated the last one with a heavy heart. Both knew of my Semen Retention journey and rough past. Up until this journey donāt have so many options nor the comfort level to text a woman semi clumsy on text. Only real benefit is Iām straight up honest with them. Plain and simple saves alot of time expect the same of them too.
Eye contact never been an issue for me. Also it did help today, āallegedlyā I disrespected someone at the RV Park Iām at for not talking to him. Was tense but maintained direct eye contact with him outside when his hands werenāt visible to me. Now I donāt advise you to look for a fight Iām just saying Semen Retention can help, btw I was cycling around the Park when he stopped me.121 miles, 11 hour 42 minutes and 2,640 feet climbed this month.

@Lefty101 Sir , From my opinion , this is one of most underrated diaries in this entire forum. This diary needs a lot of attention. Really respect you sir, for reaching such a massive milestone. And also wishing you for 1000 day streak.

Well I cycle on a semi daily basis for the physical effects getting sun helps too. The thing is aim for a goal and hit it make another. You arenāt your past,you forged your own prison so break those bars and free yourself. Nothing worth it is easy,find a mentor here and near you.

For anyone who thinks it gets easier the higher up you go yes and no. As you level up so do your battles some sneak up others straight up hit you. The sheathly ones I loath. Emails and random IG āmodelsā meh. The easiest way is to ignore them or remove the incentive for lack of accountability.
How did Satan beat adam in the garden? Through Eve, fatherās need to show there daughters that whoring themselves out for cheap thrills doesnāt pay off. Lead by exsample the way you treat your wife. Mothers need to show there sons the value of a Lady over a harlet. Also how a real power couple behave both public and privately. Both need to mentor the kids, bring back value of the family instead of divorce being the common norm.
A flexible family in a united front is needed to train the next generations. Do you really want your trauma to be in your kids or grandchildren? Start with open and blunt conversations with those in your circles. Think about what traits you want to pass on to your kids. Are you healing or just slapping a temporary patch over it? Ask these questions and more. Movement is life.

I decided to add another 277 days to hard mod journey. Thatāll be August 16th next year. I truely dislike this month and got a sign to be more proactive in my Semen Retention process. My senses are on overload in October EVERY year for awhile.
So as the student ready the teacher raises up. Funny I was indirectly dailed in on him before hand. And Iām sure after a few of his questions,one in particular he saw what I donāt share. Your spiritual health is just as important as physical and mental health. So Iām amping up spiritual and going active. Movement is life.

Well my water only fast is taking toll on me a bit. Yes itās only a 7 day and till the 1st not sure if in or after yet. Yes Iām way lighter and lean, the heafaches are mild compared to my ears ringing on a normal day. Iāll make it, the question is will my body and concern die off?
Your inter dialogue is either your thoughts or God.(soul). Your higher purpose is defined by you,make a decision stand by it.
Additionally my 7 day water fluids fast ends at midnight today. Longest fast yet.

Finished a 7 day water and fluid fast. Should I do that again Iāll pre make smoothies 2 a day for 7 total days. Only minor issue is the headaches and dizziness. Headache easy to fix. Donāt recommend it unless youāve done shorter fasts first.
Iāll be a bit til Iām at 100%. Lost about 4 inches on my waistline an added bonus. Mainly did it for clear line of thoughts and to up my maximum days fasting. Iāll do some more refining my method both pre and post.
Recovery is going to be my main study for a bit of time. More research the quicker the bounce back,less dizziness and stability. Itās your path choice your route now mines.

Most stress is gone, after multiple conversations with God mostly all day off and on. Will be doing another short fast later was given a choice with start date. Not thrilled but Iāll do it. Fortunately itās a smoothie boba tea fast. My favorite!!
Kinda woozy from last 7 day water only fast. As I said before use caution when doing them itāll be hard. Tell a trusted member of your circle so they can watch for you Iām serious. Not all wisdom comes from books.
