Someone had shared (about ■■■■ addiction/PMO) few years ago he had something genuine to say…at the end we get nothing,be aware fellas! 
“I’ve been addicted since I was young. I’ve seen and done things I would never tell anyone. I followed the rabbit hole and it led to emptiness. It’s so lonely when everything you think about you cannot share with anyone. When the thoughts come rushing in and you do whatever you can to make them go away. Often times that means going completely blank, completely numb. At first you think this is only affecting you, but you soon realize it’s bleeding into every facet of your life and everyone you meet just mirrors back what you know deep down. That you went too far down the rabbit hole and became something you never wanted to be. You can’t look people in the eyes. You can’t have a conversation. You can’t bear to go to work and have normal relationships. Your mind turns to mush and you feel like this is your punishment for being such a selfish, nasty, depraved person. You can’t feel anything except self-pity. You remember who you used to be like a distant stranger, not sure if you’ll ever get that part of yourself back. You assume people will hate you because you already hate yourself. It’s been so long since you’ve really spoken that you don’t know what you actually sound like. You’re constantly people pleasing yet everyone is still disappointed in you. You have no goals. No hope for a future. No hope for a relationship. No energy. That’s what this addiction brings.”
