Today is the first day of my serious Nofap Journey and I vow to make it my only attempt to dedeat. No turning back from now.

Daily Rules:

  1. No Peeking hence no edging
  2. Junk Food: weekly once
  3. Regular hygiene and massaging (weekly thrice)
  4. Daily cold showers
  5. Daily stretching for 20 mins
  6. Meditation for atleast 1 hour daily
  7. Daily log of progress and review
  8. Wake up daily before 7 am
  9. Mindful eating, bathing and all activities
  10. Warm water

131 days : no more logs after this

Day 1:

Feel that the body is recovering with each passing minute. Pains across the body in areas like joints, muscle aches etc are subsiding.

Mind is not quiet and needs some work on it. Remembering stuff takes effort and memory is not fluid as before.

Keep moving forward , look back only when you want this perfect change of something … no time for blaming anything of the past .

The best way to forget the past is to let it pass and not hold on to it.

Holding past bad memories keep the wounds fresh.

Day 0: the start was exactly how I want my mornings to be but staying up late and also some smoking has led me here. Need to be more vigilant during alone times in nights. Despite all this, felt the effects of NoFap in the PMO already. No wonder it’s a panacea.

Will strive to stick to my resolutions.

Day 1:

I generated feelings to wash away guilt and shame of relapse. The coming 4-5 days are just going to be physical recovery and the next days will bring mental recovery and peace so long as I work on the stated goals.

Day 0:
Back to square one with relapses. Will strive to honour my commitments. Already feel the drowsiness, lethargy, laziness kick in. Feel like doing nothing but this also gives me the opportunity to push myself to work harder.

Day 1:
The first day is usually a day of recovery but at the same time, you are full of energy if you have a strong resolve to get over this trap. Later it dropped and I also lost focus. The key is to sustain this resolve for a long time and I cannot only rely upon willpower.

Will have to make it a habit by daily affirmations and visualization to envision a life free from this habit so adding this activity along with meditation.

Day 2:

Feel the recovery effects especially when meditating. It helps in establishing firm control over your thoughts hence your actions. However, still procrastinating on my most important task and unable to follow through on that task. Will start it tomorrow onwards.

Have also booked a blood test to know the current status of my body and will accordingly tailor my diet and exercise regime.

Day 3:

Fot my medical report and things don’t look fine. Will have to start some physical activity to get in shape and remove the accumulates toxins out of my body and mind.

Faced the strongest urge in this cycle of NoFap and didn’t even peek. This time it’s really make it or break it.
