Going well, while travelling with friends.
That’s the easy part surely: I realised if my life is so based around p**n consumption and failing to take care of myself sexually, I really need to rethink what I’m prioritising my life and where I’m directing my energies.

Day 15 checking in. Apologies, like flame I also did not check in for day 14. It will not happen again.
Workout this morning was epic. My body is now aching, but as a reward from the incredible intensity of the other workouts (which I will continue), I have become so much stronger. The progress is incredible . Progress with other elements is also great. It is what consistency and effort does, inspired by you guys.
I shall now study for 2-3 hours. Keep on DESTROYING PMO bros!
In a way, forgetting abt the check in is somewhat good. It means we are simply living our normal lives without the thought of pmo crossing our mind. Im proud of u bro, keep it up!
One week 7/30
Feel like if it wasn’t for the presence of my friends I would fail into this. I need to stick to the plan:
1. No phone after 10:30pm
2. No phone in the bedroom
3. Sleep, meditate, move and breath fresh air everyday
4. When you find yourself in a spiral of urges and negativity open your heart rather than shrinking it: friends and family, your notebook, deep breathing, dancing…whatever feels right to notice and take in the refreshing elements of the present moment.

Tired, sore from my workout, but determined to be focused throughout. I’m going to really fight tomorrow, as I have worked diligently and with discipline today and yesterday, but not to the extreme level of focus that I must hold myself to.
