After so many years I am here.
Feeling like I have something which the rest of the men around me doesn’t.Still a long way to go.I don’t want to give in to lust again. Because of this I lost golden years of my life(18-25).I am 27 year old. And I have no doubt about nofap works or not. Definitely it works. I changed my life doing it.I studied with perseverance. I have a job. I am happy. Although I am still alone but I am not going back to the filth. Not going back to the hell. Not going back to the gutter of shame guilt and regret.I am pure , my body is clean , my soul is holy.
